What data is covered?

• Messages sent via WhatsApp, your phone number, sender name, and shared media files
• Name, email, phone, and address information in your website account
• Contact details shared during order and delivery processes
• Customer service and CRM records (contact forms, support requests)

How to submit a deletion request

You can submit your data deletion request using one of the methods below:

Please include the following in your request:

• Your WhatsApp or registered phone number
• The email address linked to your account (if any)
• The scope of data you want deleted (e.g. WhatsApp messages only, all account data)

What will be deleted?

• WhatsApp message content and related CRM records
• Media files shared via WhatsApp (images, audio, documents, etc.)
• Customer profile and communication history within the requested scope
• Marketing and newsletter subscription records (if requested)

What data may be retained?

Due to legal obligations, the following records may be retained for specific periods:

• Invoice, order, and accounting records
• Records required for disputes, audits, or legal compliance

If any data must be retained, we will explain the reason in our response to your request.

Response and processing time

Your request will be reviewed within 30 days at the latest. Identity verification may be required; we may ask for additional information. You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once processing is complete.
